Online Orders
Spysonic will appear
on your credit card statement. All orders place online have Account Verification
Security (AVS). Once your
order
has been
placed,
it
goes through
AVS procedure
and
through
our
billing
department. Upon approval your order will be processed and prepare for shipment.
Customer can cancel order within 1hr
or cancel before product is shipped out to avoid any shipping charge. If
order is cancel after products has been shipped out, customer will be charged "Freight
charge" to their credit
card by Spysonic. More terms/conditions detail below.

Shipping - Shipping are non-refundable at any given
time regardless. (Spysonic.com will not be held responsible for any typing
errors, images
errors, or product
specifications errors). We will continue to update our site frequently as possible.
Customer can call in to verify the correct products before ordering at any
given time.
If
we
sent
you
a wrong
product or a defected product upon arrival, we will
gladly resend another product without any new freight charge. Once your
order has been shipped out, customers are responsible fully for
the freight cost, even if customer refused shipment. If item was returned
to us because customer wasnt able to signed for the package,
customer
agrees
to pay for new freight charges to resend package plus pay for original freight
charge.
RMA Rules
- Customer are not to send any warranty items back without a returned authorized
number (RMA). Please call or email us to get an RMA number. All items will
be refused, if
shipment
has no RMA number on Return Label.
- Customer pay for their own freight when sending item back to us
- Avoid losing your package, insured all item before shipping out (Recommended)
and get correct RMA number & info. We will not be responsible for your lost package.
Warranty for U.S.A customers - We
have a fast and easy warranty service. Each manufactuer of the products we
sell carry a 1yr warranty parts/labor.
Your warranty must be done through us. We will assist you with any warranty
or repair services. The warranty automatically begins the day the package was
delivered by the Carrier/Freight Company. The following
items
below have a one year warranty given by the manufactuer. All warranty request,
must
be
made
through Spysonic.com only. Spysonic will assist customer
on all warranty returns products and RMA process to manufactuer. Warranty will
be
voided if any of the following reasons occur. 1. Manufactuers
are out of business. 2. Customer owes any open balance/payment to any invoice 3. Items are found to be physically damage or tampered with internally. Customers
will not hold Spysonic.com responsible for any manufactuer warranty.
The following items are mfg. warranty for one year. Please read below for limited
warranty on products.
Warranty for International customers -
International customers can received 1yr warranty under the following conditions:
**All freight & custom cost must be prepaid before sending item back to us**
**After we repaired or replaced the product, customer agree to also pay for new
shipping charge and any new custom charges as well** If you are sending an item
to
us, we prefer you use the following carrier
DHL,
UPS, Fedex
(USPS post office can be complicated). If customer does not follow these guidelines,
we
will
not
accept any RMA item for warranty. Therefor the warranty will be voided**Also
if you are sending item back to us, mark the package as a "GIFT" so you will
not be charged tax twice by your country or custom department.**

Terms and Conditions - To continue delivering new products our terms
and conditions are as followed. New/Unopened package(security cameras & most security equipments) have a 15 days
100% store credit from invoice date or (10days from delivery date), excluding freight. Store credit for Open Package product will be 15% restocking fee within 15days of invoice date. Refund is optional, must be requested & will have a refund fee of 20%(freight is non-refundable at any time). All returned must have authorize RMA-NUMBER & requested within 15days from invoice date or 10days from delivery date. No items are allow to be returned without a RMA number. If items are return without rma number but with-in 15days of imvoice date a 20% fee will be charged & left-over balance will goes to store-credit. If an item is return without a rma number after 15days of invoice, we will have the carrier/shipper returned item back to customer and /or (If we decide to keep the non-authorized return product, a 50% fee will be charged and balance will go on to store credit). RMA number can only be given within 15days from date of invoice or within 10days from carrier delivery date.
All item must be new/unopened package/resellable condition. If security cameras/standard
equipments are found to be in used condition, tampered, slightly damage,
scratch, cut or damage box package,
an additional charge of 10% fee will be applied. At all times, freight are
customer responsiblity, no reimburse on any freight charges. No returned, exchange or
refund after 15 days of invoice date or 10days of delivery date. (Return policy does not apply to any
type of Hidden Cameras/Covert Cameras/Covert DVRs
**Hidden cameras are specialty product / custom-made products therefor are final sales** All hidden cameras/covert camera/ covert dvr or any type of hidden surveillance items
are
final
sales,
no
refund,
no
return/no
exchange. Hidden surveillance cameras are backup with a 1yr warranty, we will gladly have the item repair. If the item is not repairable then we will have a new replacement
sent out.
DISCLAIMER
Spysonic.com will not be responsible for any printing,
typing, or specifications errors. Customer are responsible to call us for
additional verification on any products before ordering.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. If we made a mistake on
any product prices and you already place an order, we will honor and give
you at the original price you seen it. We do not make any claims about the
legality
of certain product applications such as covert cameras, audio recorders,
or video transmitters etc.... We encourage everyone to check applicable local,
state, and federal laws and regulations before engaging in those surveillance
products.
Product - Sku number are our reference number to a product and will be on your
invoice. Please note: It might not be the code on the actual item.
The items offered on Spysonic.com are only intended for use in a legal
manner. It is the sole responsiblity of the purchaser and not Spysonic.com
to ascertain and obey all laws, which apply to the possession and use of
any item. By placing an order with us the purchaser represents he/she is
legal of age and that products are to be used only in a lawful manner. The
purchaser/customer
agrees that he/she will not sue or allow others to use any item from Spysonic.com
in an illegal fashion. The puchaser further agrees to hold Spysonic.com
harmless for any claims, actions and legal and/or court fees brought against
him /her in connection with any use of products orderd from Spysonic.com.
Spysonic.com or any members of its staff disclaim any
responsibility and/or liablity for any wrongfull or unlawful acts committed
by the purchaser with any items purchase from us.
- Images and specifications on this website might and might not be the actual
product. We will not be responsible for any errors on this site.
- Supply until stock is available (Most items are stocked, we will contact
