1. How is your package ships?
Answer: Our package is ship in a plain brown box with a standard shipping label, either UPS or Fedex. In few cases can be by Postal Service.


2. If I order today when will my package ship out?
Answer : We ship out very fast, usually same day as long as your order goes in before our cut off time. All security cameras, systems and cctv equipments are ship out same day before cutoff time. Covert cameras usually require 1 day before shipping out, in most cases covert cameras ship out same day too. Some covert cameras are customize and require 1-2 days to make it before it ship.


3. Once the order has shipped, how long will I receive my package?
Answer : We offer several shipping option. Ground, 2day, 3day and even Next Day delivery. Ground varies on states and can take up to 5 business days.


4. Do I need to sign for the package?
Answer : Depending on the amount you spend, most boxes will require signature on delivery, if you are not able to sign for the package, just let us know before your order ship.


5. What is the warranty on your product?
Answer: Majority of our products have 1 year warranty, and some have shorter term. Varies on products.


6. My item has a defect how do I request to have warranty service?
Answer: Top right hand side of our website, click CONTACT US, type in your first & last name and item you have and short description why you are requesting for warranty. Instruction to send back usually email back to you before end of day.


7. Once you received my defective warranty item, how long do I get it back?
Answer: Once a defective item is received, a technician do a diagnostic test to see reason then ship back. Most cases it takes 2-3 days to process & test your warranty item. Other cases up to 10 days. Overall, by the time you get it back can take up to 10 days include shipping time.


8. What type of payment do you accept?
Answer: All major credit card, mc, visa, amex, discover, paypal, business checks verifiable, money order, cashier checks for individual and wire transfer


9. What is your return policy?
